About ENIK

To talk about ENIK is to define the values of her agency. Born in Surabaya Indonesia, the only child in the family of a Government official, her parentage and upbringing inculcated in her, simplicity, integrity and discipline. Although she had always wanted to be a doctor circumstances decided otherwise and she came to Singapore at the age of 19 to pursue her education in British Council, Singapore Polytechnic, PSB Academy and her bachelor degree in Business management from the Edinburgh Napier University.

Time management and diligence kept her working while studying in the early years and her need to serve others brought her to Roland Employment Agency where she has served for more than 20 years - the doctor-like qualities in her surfacing as empathy and understanding of human beings - the old, the young and those in need of help. Enik is passionate about helping foreign domestic helpers from all countries to ensure their stay in Singapore is safe and brings them success.

 

Enik is particular that her resources achieve high standards of proficiency to deliver the best of service to customers and improve not only their own skill while working but to also create job opportunities for others when they return back home. This noble outlook cascades to her team and is reflected in their impeccable service mentality.

ENIK’s Hobbies that make a difference to many lives

• Counselling is a skill and hobby -and she applies this aspect in her services as a natural process, being a bridge between employers and helpers from start to finish.

• Enik loves Sports, especially Volleyball, and great supporter of foreign domestic helper tournaments including as a sponsoring them.

• She keeps her mind and body agile by Reading and running. This agility is a big bonus in her people centric profession.

ENIK’s Strengths

• Multilingual and polite, she speaks English, Bahasa Indonesia, basic Mandarin and Tagalog. This skill set has empowered her to serve the top 10% Singapore VVIP the past 20 years.

• Very approachable and down to earth, she is great at matching skills to needs and doesn’t hesitate to travel far and wide to source perfect resources for he clients.

• Beyond all professional achievements and awards, Enik is a proud wife and mother and is called upon to sit on various committees and panels based on her equanimity, fairness and humane approach to all things - professional, personal, business or life.
